Returns & Exchanges

You may return/exchange most items that have not been opened, tampered or worn within 30 days of receiving your order, no exceptions. Federal regulations prohibit the return/exchange of hair extensions that have been worn. All promotional and sale items purchased are final. If items get returned that we suspect violate the terms above, the item will be shipped back at the customers expense.

Shipping charges are not credited unless the return/exchange is a result of our error. You may return the item for a store credit (5% restocking fee charged) or a credit card refund (10% restocking fee charged).

Please note, any returns received by our warehouse without approval and a RMA# will be returned at the customers expense.

We will notify you when we receive the package, all returns will be processed and inspected within 2 business days of receiving the return. We will notify you if the return is approved or denied. If approved, your refund or store credit will be processed immediately.

Please note, refund processing may take 3-14 business days for the funds to be available in your account. These funding delays are outside of our control and are typical for all companies that accept credit cards via a merchant processor.

Complete the form below or call 888.LOX.0110. If approved, LOX will email you an RMA#.

Step 2


Pack the items either in original or in similar packaging. Items must be packed in same manner as received.

Step 3


Ship the package to LOX, make sure to get a tracking #, LOX is not responsible for lost shipments.

If you need hair immediately

The return and/or exchange process may take up to 2 weeks. In order to get you the hair you need right away we allow you to repurchase the correct products so that they can ship immediately to you. It will still be your responsibility to get an RMA # and ship the product you’d like to exchange back to us. Once we receive the product at our warehouse it will be inspected and if passed we will credit your account in full or if you require a refund, it will be processed at that time.
